Information you choose to send

If you use the enquiry form, we receive the name, email, optional phone, industry, delivery preference and workflow description you submit. Do not send passwords, tokens or unnecessary confidential records.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to reply, understand the requested scope and arrange a conversation. We do not sell it.

Email delivery

The website runs on Cloudflare Pages. The enquiry function sends your submitted information through Resend to our configured mailbox. Those providers process information under their own terms and may process it outside Australia. The site does not save an enquiry database. Enquiry emails are retained for no more than 24 months, then deleted. We do not use enquiries to train an AI model.

AI provider accounts

We do not store your AI passwords or tokens. Model or subscription fees are paid directly to the provider you choose. You remain responsible for following that provider’s terms.
