A small starting package for a small business that wants one repeatable workflow set up and looked after.
One Assistant
Prices in AUD. No GST is charged: SecondFirst Pty Ltd is not registered for GST.
The starting package is intentionally narrow. We first agree the workflow, information it may use, actions it may take and the point where a person reviews the result.
You pay model or subscription fees directly to your AI provider. We do not resell usage or store your passwords or tokens. You are responsible for following the terms of the AI services you use.
Local deployment, hardware and additional integrations are quoted separately and are outside the starter assistant package.
Hardware purchases, local server work, several assistants, large data migrations, custom software and third-party subscriptions need their own scope. We will call those out before work begins.
Maintenance is for the agreed assistant and workflow: checking the setup and keeping the handover notes current. Small agreed changes to the existing workflow are included. Anything larger is quoted before work starts.
Monthly maintenance is month to month, with no lock-in contract. Cancel any time; it stops at the end of the current billing month.
