Melbourne Super Intelligence is a trading name of SecondFirst Pty Ltd, ABN 37 701 727 237. Website information is general and may change. A written scope and quote controls any service.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry does not create a service agreement. We confirm scope, price, timing, GST treatment and any additional terms before work begins.

Your accounts and decisions

You pay model or subscription fees directly to your AI provider. We do not resell usage or store your passwords or tokens. You are responsible for following the terms of the AI services you use. You remain responsible for your business decisions, review of outputs and compliance obligations. We do not provide legal, accounting, migration, financial, health or other regulated professional advice.

Service boundaries

We may decline a workflow that cannot be scoped safely or that requires an unattended high-consequence decision. On-site availability is shown on the site and confirmed in writing.
